Innovation has always been Magazine Luiza's thing. It's no wonder Lu became one of the first virtual digital influencers globally. Created in 2023, Lu was a pioneer designed to humanize the shopping and customer service experience on MagaLu's website. It was such a hit that 2022 she was crowned the most-followed virtual influencer by Virtual Humans, racking up around 55 million followers across social media. With that kind of history, when we were approached to help evolve and update Lu for the "New Version Of Lu", we knew it would be epic!

Months of hard work from our dedicated team went into evolving and updating our beloved Lu. Now, she's more realistic than ever, fully 3D, and ready for Unreal Engine.

Throughout the process, we focused on every detail to ensure this 'glow-up' kept Lu's essence intact. We collaborated closely with the Magalu team and utilized the best technology available to deliver an incredible result.
