Valorant raze

To celebrate the first year of Valorant, Riot Games invited the Brazilian singer Daniela Mercury to record once again her classic song "A Cor da Cidade" (The Color of the City). We worked on making those two universes into one animation that integrated the song with some of the best plays from the worldwide community. And no one would have been a better choice to portray this love for the game than the character born in Bahia, Brazil, the one and only: Raze!

The gameplay moments of the video clip were all made using the character. This is a tribute to Raze, the culture of Bahia, and all Brazilians who responded to the game Valorant in its first year.

We are grateful to Riot Games for trusting us to bring this celebration to life. Their vision of connecting the vibrant culture of Bahia with the passion of the Valorant community inspired every detail of this animation. This project highlights Riot’s dedication to celebrating players worldwide and creating meaningful connections through storytelling.
